Ok Ive done a diet

in 16 years'm old, 5'4 and the doctor who removed 20 kilograms must (which has already lost 5)

When I have 151 pounds, but my bones bigger

My biggest concern is my size, because its bigger than the rest of my body

That's what I do for the perception:

In general, the exercise 5-7 days a week: I Do 40 minutes of high intensity, heart, probably 25 minutes of weight, and 25 basic exercises

That's what we eat:

I eat everything, especially cereals (especially carbohydrates especially now), because I'm on Weight Watchers Plan

My question is that recently, I limited my, carbohydrate intake to 1 cup per meal, I have enough points for a cocktail

recentley bought what these pieces (I usually 1 per day )..... I also try to have a good salad:

Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich, chocolate pudding, Pringle reduced-fat chips () chips, organic salt, teddy grams, biscuits, cookies chip mini organic chocolate

Limbers well, very little for 1 day per week for a small drop
