For spots and freckles, I recommend chemical peels, when it appears appropriate to your skin type. IPL and Laser treatments are expensive and are at best equally effective. For the treatment of rejection (a series of light peels or one or two medium), presumably to seek the $ 1000. Fraxel expected to more than two or three times cost.
