Sailboat Food Provision List Looking For Sailboat Food?

Looking for sailboat food? - sailboat food provision list

I need suggestions for a power boat trip of 2-4 days does not require heating and cooling is not preferable, but could probably cool if I had to. So far, I was thinking about Pop Tarts, cereal, and a kind of substitute for fast food as a thin rod. somebody has an idea

Jerky

Gorp (mixture of peanuts, raisins and M & M) and / or pick up a mixed bag.

Fresh fruits, apples, oranges, etc.

Fresh vegetables for the first two days

Tuna in pouches

, Spam, canned ham

Hard-boiled eggs

Biscuits, bread, etc. for sandwiches

Peanut butter / jam

Many beverages, including beverages, such as food aid.

various vitamins (to supplement the diet), vitamin C

not sure why you can not heat a meal. We have been lucky, even with a stove pot in a small boat rocking in March. have a hot meal on board really helps with morale.

You may be able to make a hot drink or soup in a thermos for the first day have.

Hope this helps
